• If your loan has received either a Desktop Underwriter Approve/Eligible or Loan Product Advisor Accept/Eligible, we may not have received the loan’s AUS decision. Please double-check that the applicable AUS checkbox at the bottom left-hand side of your Encompass screen has been selected & resubmit your loan. 
  • If your loan did not receive either a Desktop Underwriter Approve/Eligible or Loan Product Advisor Accept/Eligible, your loan is a manual underwrite but does not meet our Manual Underwriting Product Eligibility Requirements, as outlined here.
